Assessment of the air quality originating from an industrial process is important, whether it is to follow the legal constraints, to understand the impact of a process for its own improvement or to prevent conflicts with the neighbourhood due to an environmental nuisance.

Certech assists you in the investigations to define all the key parameters, the sampling techniques and the appropriate analyses, in accordance with the standards, which will provide a diagnosis of the situation.

Certech’s expertise covers a wide range of parameters and chemical pollutants with the unique feature of associating skills in the sensory analysis of odours, by combining classical analytical methods and techniques based on the human detection of smells and odours.

Thanks to our mobile laboratory, the team works directly on industrial sites to carry out the continuous monitoring of the different parameters of interest (total VOCs, NMVOCs, combustion gases, …). We also perform spot sampling campaigns (specific VOCs, dust, odours, …) which will then be analysed by our laboratory. In addition to these diagnoses, we can also model the atmospheric dispersion of a pollutant or support our customers to develop a plan to reduce their emissions and environmental nuisance. Certech acts as an independent expert between industry, authorities and local residents.
